Ugh guys. Please don't rank the animators... its like if you went to the front of class and listed the girls from hottest to gnarliest on the board, where they were forced to read it. I certainly don't want competition with my fellow animators, and I doubt they would either.

its a simple concept, friends. ranking animators just creates unnecessary drama and tension. we dont need any more of that

He took a chunk of it, not the entire quote. That does not make it wrong, and still gets the point across. Own up to your mistake, its the only way you can go forward without looking like a tool.

That insult still makes no sense to me seeing as calling someone a "tool" is referencing them as being used by someone to constantly (usually to do something... not good.). A gangster initiate could be qualified as a "tool" whereas Skidrow would not look like a "tool" for not owning his mistake, he would more-of look like a prideful idiot.

Unfinished SMG is unfinished:



Any bits people would suggest changing aside from the obvious? I am not entirely sure about the rear sight. Gonna make some changes to the front end as well, it's too... square. Also a lack of smoothing. And the handle/forerip needs to be thickened and chamfered. Hell, I said it was unfinished :3

Any other suggestions welcome!

I'll come back with a proper render when it's more complete later.

Do you have the DSM?

I have to admit, my knowledge in this field is limited and this is the first time I am making a model with the aim of getting it in game - the same goes for my modelling vocabulary x.x DSM?

E: Google isn't helping either. Dammitall. *feels stupid*

Haha, I'm sure I will work it out some day.

Otherwise, will update the model next week, as I'm going home over the weekend... Should only be another hour or so to complete it, then just the joy of UV's.

No, it isn't Hydrogen, and thanks for ruining the plot for anyone who hasn't played it. The DSM is a module you're assigned to protect in Loose Ends at the estate, where it downloads files at uTorrent speeds while you fight off multiple waves of enemies.

and then u meet Shepard at the place with the helicopters and he asks do you have the DSM? grabs shoots ur team mate with desert eagle in stomach then kills you

I'll put up a nice(er) render when it's complete, probably on Monday as I'm away in a bit! I was gonna do non-wireframe originally but Hunter's posts scared me into it :P
