I keep looking for them but I find nothing more than dead links and viruses.

It used to be available on the windows store but that's no longer the case, you can just download it from here http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?pg=1&sid=38 but you'll have to find a key elsewhere like ebay or other "legal" places you'd look to "buy" one
If you wanna go the physical route there's a bunch of original cds on ebay too |
