That's whats being done for the dreamweb tagset I'm working on atleast.

He's half right half wrong. H2A was made by a lot more than just 343i. 343i did the multiplayer assets (vehicles, weapons, base characters, some armors). But Sabre did the campaign stuff exclusively. The work was outsourced to several studios for a lot of the multiplayer armors and the maps were made by Certain Affinity. As for nothing else that 343i has, What about the H4/5 Hunters? Or the H4 Broadsword and the H5 Prowler? Hell I'd even push some of the Sanghelios geometry in that argument as well. In some aspect, wherever they try to clean up the older stuff and modernize it while ensuring they don't step over what bungie already did, they can do a fantastic job. Their main issues come mostly from their attempt to reinvent the wheel so to speak. from a technical standpoint, they're absolutely killing it. The actual style of their art would have only really been acceptable if that was the original artstyle, and that's pretty much pushing it.
