Well, you could just add the clickable button to the part of the list and then add the player color widget to the extended description.. Believe me, it actually works... That's how i did my old crappy Halo 3 UI and my another ui which i never actually finished...

I could do that, however it still wouldn't solve the engine-list conflict issue. The only reason I'm saying that is because I've already tried it.

i know what you mean but, it never actually gave me any trouble... I just add the complete profile screen to the extended desc and works fine..
You should check that later :P

It works partly until you switch the type of Gametype, and by that I mean from Standard to Classic or Custom.

Well, let's hope people know how to find things. I didn't have to include a list of links.

Not sure what you mean by you didn't have to include a list of links (That's pretty obvious.) All you have to do is change the number at the end of the url to 1712 at the end of the day. It just bothers me for some strange reason. Great update btw.

Sometimes, this shows up

But it's gone after I open Halo again.

I'm also having some rare exceptions when I reload a checkpoint and quickly quit to the main menu.

Why were the maps by potterhalo added? From my testing, they all give exception errors near the beginning of the levels.

I can't remember exactly which ones, but they're maps that didn't do that before (only Johnlex's maps gave me exceptions of that kind with other UIs).

Zetren recommends not playing on integrated graphics

Seriously though, if you don't have HAC 2, install it as it has a caching feature which may make halo more receptive to the new UI, which is 64mb, whereas UI original is 3mb. If you already to have HAC 2, it might need the cache cleaned, execute this in the console ''hac_flush_cache''.

http://blog.haloanticheat.com/

If only HAC2 allowed you to play Halo without an internet connection.

I already have HAC 2, I'll flush the cache and try.

I'm not playing using my integrated graphics card because my performance is very smooth, I dunno why the error shows my Intel 4600 instead of my GeForce GT 755M.

I have fully tested all the potterhalo levels that were added, and never had any issues. Are you using the correct sound dll files?

If it's only with those maps, it's likely the maps problem. You can always revert to an older UI and see if it changes anything.

I'll keep playing a bit with this UI and then use the older version to see if something changes, but I'm sure the "ui corrupt" thing only happens with this one.

I guess not. I thought that was an issue only with the older Lumoria builds. Where do i get the correct sound dll files? I'm also using Creative Alchemy.

Edit: After getting the correct files from Lumoria and disabling Alchemy, I still get an exception. Is it because I use Open Sauce?

Edit 2: Yep, Open Sauce is the problem. What should I do?

The exception was apparently caused because I used "hac_widescreen 0" in some maps where fixing the HUD stretching wasn't necessary, for example, The Flood: Forgotten Exile. Everytime I did it I would get an exception when I tried to return to the main menu. When I left the HUD right how it was without using any commands, I didn't exception.

OS and HAC are notorious for having compatibility issues. I'm working with the creator of HAC (btcc) to try and help improve this issue. The problems you guys are experiencing are more than likely due to either one or both of these add-ons. Luckily, things always improve with time.

It's very likely your computer uses your integrated card instead of your 755M. There are two places you can force the card: 1) NVIDIA control panel > manage programs > find halo and choose the video card. 2) in control panel > power options > customize power plan and force 755M for plugged in/unplugged.

Nope. Although it shows I'm using the Intel, I'm sure it uses the GT 755M because I can play SPV3 A50 Beta in max settings w/ SweetFX without dropping below 40 FPS in the worst optimized parts in the level.

At what settings? My surface gets above 30fps on the most recent a50 builds, but only has an integrated 4400

What about the Open Sauce creators? Are you working with them to help improve compatibility (just wondering)?

Also, would it be possible to add one final section to the menu entitled "Bot Match"? Not that its needed at the moment, but, sometime in the future. Its for an multiplayer bot project I work on and off on. If I understood Kirby_422 correctly, in order to set up a fake scoreboard, the map would need to be compiled as a singleplayer map. In turn, requiring them to be loaded like a singleplayer map.

Everything set to max except FXAA, I use SweetFX's SMAA instead. Should I be getting better FPS?

I may try to work with k0rnman in the future, but his standing policy is that OS does not support other add-ons. Thus, it would have to be those other add-ons that would need to change.

"Bot Match" sounds like a project to load MP maps with AI as SP maps and score them. I have no need to add a feature to load MP maps as SP maps. There are just way too many out there. As far as menu additions go, there is one in the works as part of HAC 2 that injects a HAC Settings menu into both the stock and Universal UIs.

I don't think you understood what i meant, and that isn't the name of the project (don't have a name for it yet. I got the idea for the name of the menu entry from Red Faction 2). As in standalone singleplayer maps, like how you can define maps in Sapian or Gurilla as singleplayer, multiplayer, or menu, and tool will compile it as such. No hacks involved. So, they won't load in the multiplayer menu (crashing and all). Thats because the scripted scoring system Kirby showed me won't work if the map is a multiplayer map (at least i think it won't. He never made himself clear on the matter). So, all i was asking for was a section in the menu so these maps could be loaded without having to use the console. Something like this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aVZA48-aPVc&list=UU0aOyYDOtje8CH6Bmi4CPyg

Though I won't be using a hub area. Game modes and such are configured in a pregame menu for each map like the one found in Firefight Descent or Project Lawson. Sorry for getting frustrated, people on the Minecraft and Steam forums have me at my wit's end.

If such a thing makes it to production and full release, I might include it as an option in a future update. That's a maybe, though.

Well, that's all I can really ask for at the moment. I hope to release a few maps in the near future (I will be doing most, if not all, stock maps, some ports of maps from later games, and some popular custom maps).

It's already being done. I'm working with MadSpartan to get it converted. Expect it to be out a few weeks after the English version makes it to the HaloMaps main page.
