Also I had a Heretic Hunt dream which was odd.
I was playing some sort of beta build of my mod that had my current bsps but way better looking.
You ended up fighting the heretic leader on foot while he had a strafing banshee indoors. It was kinda like a giant sentinel. Eventually you would follow him in a banshee by going the speed of light for like 2 seconds to the gasmine. There were humans for some stupid reason and an elevator that looked like I animated it in high school with no sleep.

Kinda like that. Pillars in a hanger. The new heretic guy I made flew off earlier in his cool h2a like banshee and the heretic leader stayed to cover him.

I'll explore strafing banshees now.

Spiral has been helping over the years to make Descent II, and I know he has been very busy with real-life stuff as well. In due time everything will come together and this will be released, I hope.

Heretic Hunt is still alive.
I check Halomaps daily and try to keep up with all of the projects here without saying a word.
I'm still around.

Wow, now that's some great news, I'm glad to hear you're still working on Heretic:Hunt, the mod looks fresh and has a lot of cool ideas I'd love to test out, I'll be waiting for the video.

Heretic Hunt is alive. With Halo Discovery Outpost coming I will be forced to have progress I can show you guys. An official Heretic Hunt discord soon hopefully as well.

Also, with sad heart, I should probably let you guys know that the voice actor for the new heretic character is unable to do voice work for an unforeseen amount of time.

You wouldn't happen to have any Non-OS Halo 2 2-handed Elite model animations that fit with Halo 2 Elite bipeds and gbx models, would you? I'm hoping that when I work on Version 2.0 of my campaign mod, I can have all of the Elites, Grunts, and Jackals look uniform without needing to use CMT elites alongside CE elites in order to have elites wielding weapons with two hands. I still have the DMT biped tags, but I'm not sure if they'll work or not.

By the way, I like what you've shown us so far. Keep up the good work!
