Well, as you may very well know Halo CE only allows 6 vehicles or so in the game, and i researched and found a video of this guy explaining how to do it via notepad and he types something like "Create Object anew." or something along those lines. anyone know what it was. or where the video is?

Yeah, i have that but i don't know how to use it. and i don't really have the time to learn about it, it says something like. "vehicle name, then vehicle trigger volume, and vehicle flag" and i just don't have the time :'(

Easy halo scripter is basically a tool you can use to make scripts more easily. Take a look at this picture:

On the right side of the program, you can see all these "scripts", that the scripter can make for you. For example, if you choose the "Kill P in Tvol", the scripter will make a script for you, that kills you (or some other unit if you wish to do so) when you (or the other unit) enter(s) a designated trigger volume in a map (trigger volumes are placed to maps in sapien). But still, the amount of scripts the scripter can make is quite limited, and its more advisable to learn to script by yourself. Where am i supposed to save them, i tried saving them to the following:
"C:\Program Files(x86)\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\Data\levels\'mymapname'\scripts"

And

"C:\Program Files(x86)\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\tags\levels\test\'mymapname'\scripts"

And

"C:\Program Files(x86)\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\tags\levels\'mymapname'\scripts"

But none of them work, i made a no_fallout script with Easy Halo Scripter, and saved it into all of the above. and Compiled them in sapien, but when make my vehicle upside down Via Flipping it, i still fallout... why is this. and its not just that, none of them work. But Sapien says they were compiled successfully.

You have to save the script to the first location in your post. And about the script, I cant really test it right now, but I'm going to test it later when I get to my computer.

Edit: ok I tested it, and for me it worked fine. remeber to save it to data\levels\awesomemap\scripts folder and save it as ".hsc", for example "myscript.hsc".
And the sapien says that the scripts are compiled successfully even if you don't have any scripts in your scripts folder. And was the script this one?

(script startup No_fallout
(begin
(set rider_ejection 0)
)
)

after you have compiled the script, save your map, compile it in tool and everything should work fine like here:
