I have this problem with the recorder that whenever I record something, for example me walking, the distance I walk gets doubled when i play the recording... For example, I fly a pelican from blue base to red base while recording, and after that I make the pelican do the animation. Everything works ok except the pelican doubles everything, the time it rises from the ground, the distance it flies (it goes right past the red base and just crashes to the wall) etc etc...
Anybody know if it can be fixed?

And no, I'm not going to do custom animations with 3ds max, if someone wants to recommend that

I've never have had luck doing recorded animations with flying vehicles.

CMT does it I guess somehow.
[19:24] Masterz1337: make sure your FPS is locked to 30
[19:24] Masterz1337: also make sure you only start recording when the camera is looking dead ahead
[19:24] Masterz1337: so game speed 0 yourself upon teleport to the location

Just out of curiosity, what program do you use to record and what version is your halo? Because I got v1.10 and I use the record anim editor but it doesnt even start up for some reason.

My halo ce is still at 1.09. For me it works perfectly, but only when I dont use os, with os the game just crashes when I start the recording. And btw did you remember to change the strings.dll file in the halo ce directory to the one that came with the recorder? Because it wont work without it.

Yeah we really need an updated version of RA program. What I would suggest doing is making another install of Halo and whenever you need to recorded animations, just rename your "Halo Custom Edition" folder to switch installs.
