do any new programs like 3ds max 2014 or anything work with halo now?

Max 8 is still relevant but you can use any version of max including 14 or 15. Any modelling program works as long as you can get it in max. Bluestreak works for 9-2015.

Hardly anyone uses mudbox here. Just use max 8 for simplicity. Its probably the best for this game engine. If you want to use more advance tools, this game engine isnt for you

There's no reason you can't use all the features of 3DS Max 2014 as long as your model is a sealed editable mesh before export.

I'm sure 2015 looks the same, but Max 2014 looks like this

As you can see Autodesk is a keen follower of Microsoft's philosophy, "if it works, break it."

srsly can't tell the difference between this and my 2010 install

I use 3ds Max 2014, Maya 2013 and Softimage 2014. Everything I model in other programs I export them to 3ds Max 2014 since Bluestreak is compatible. Be aware, Bluestreak crashes when porting boned weapons, boned scenery sooo if you extract models from Reach or Halo 4 ul have to convert the bones to nodes on the weapons and scenery, Unless you use Max 7 or 8 which you can use Blitzkrieg that can export boned weapons and scenery.

Why is it, when you fall down and have a bump an your head, does that bump not disappear. and reappear in another place if you attempt to push it down?

I'm serious, this phenomenon must be investigated! I'd wager a noble peace prize could be within our grasp.

If only we could figure out the mysteries of this darned telebroadcast.

Seeing how I've lost someone close to brain cancer, that kind of offends me...

I would humbly like to apologize for any offence caused.

We can sometimes get carried away with our jokes, forgive our pitiful deeds

I hope you and yours find the strength to move on from your friends unfortunate departure.

Amen.
