Let me at least explain why. Honestly I briefly looked for what you wanted In CEA but I didn't see the mc in the characters folder in the maps I checked anyway. But It's totally possible to get the models and textures as the model & textures have been riped before. But This is really your best shot. The CEA Model is Total crap from what I hear not that I have looked at it personally but hear it's not even worth it. Basically the model is total crap and the mark V is not much better. INFACT he's going to be more difficult to get looking good than a lot of the other Mp Armors. Depending on what you want him to look like. Don't expect a classic mc with 343I textures. The textures come with Stripes that use Color Change. And then there is just a bunch of other issues. You will need to Rig the mark V biped from the pack posted. and create the proper mix of textures and shaders. The only people I currently know working on this is me and mike and RMT has there own version. I don't Think anyone is going to want to give out unfinished work so these links are pretty much it.
