I got kind of confused about this project and Glassed (I think that is the name?). I essentially thought you merged your projects or whatever. Eitherway, both this and glassed looks great. (I like UDK based games, an engine that got lots to give in the visual department IMO)

Also -> single player? For some reason I thought Contingency was going to have SP originally, but that might have just been a random thought I developed for some reason.

You'd be surprised at how much functionality is still missing or only half done. Generally helping across the board with setting up systems (think something akin to vehicles and general character interactions) is what we need. As for SP, that's answered in the FAQ.
