This is post #41

BungieLLC broke a few rules, the consequence was "the perpetrators' accounts and all posts get deleted". The consequence was carried out, in full. Poof, no more BungieLLC, no more porn posts still visible from BungieLLC.

Seems concluded enough.

Clearly there is a confusion. I've explained why I chose this headline for the thread.
However you have still not yet answered the question pertinent to this discussion. "So I ask again what justification do you believe the user had to act in the manner he did?"

It's rather insulting.
picked up on that did you? Was it as insulting as you blaming me for someone else's actions?

That's cute. You actually think I'm a troll. I'm complaining about a troll.. And you think I'm a troll. You're hopeless. As for the scoring, what merits one? If we're going by valid points, he's provided none. He hasn't answered any questions accurately without dodging the conflict as a whole. I've supplied him with valid information and gave valid reasons for my claims. Perhaps, if the scores were gauged by one's lack of attention to the subject matter, you could say that he won. So no, you're not right. What you are is pathetic.

It was a joke... and, I might add, one that I did not expect you to appreciate. But for some of us (me at least) that is what made it funny

Honestly, I couldn't care less about many of the folks on this forum (like you ) so feel free to call me pathetic.

And as for score... Dennis wins because he funds this website out of his own pocket and puts up with all of us even though he doesn't have to and that has earned him about as much respect as I can have for someone that I don't actually know (which isn't really all that much... but infinitely more than I have for you). Plus he did make valid points and you did not.

I'm actually quite pleased that you got so upset over my little joke... is that rude?

I look down on people who label anyone a troll just because they offend them. It's a copout of the worst kind. Whether you said it or anyone else said it; That's undeniable fact.

Once again, let me express that owning a website does NOT merit respect. Read "Suggestions for site" if you want to see everything that everyone has to say about Dennis.
As for "Valid points"; Read ANY of the messages responding to quarrels that I've ever sent since the day I've joined this site.
Everything that Dennis says is either an excuse for why he doesn't do something or a long-winded explanation to why he's still an "adult" in a given situation. He's got a Huggie's complex. Look at his signature/motto. "We were all young once, but some of us got over it"
Another insinuation that he's "grown up" and "experienced life".
Claiming you're responsible is the most irresponsible thing that you could do. I can understand appreciation but I can't stand when someone's deaf to reason.

I know i'm not "innocent". In reality, no one is. If you take offense at something, it's usually because it's not far from the truth. That's why secrest got all brokenhearted when people called him gay. Guess what? Now, he's the one saying he is. By taking offense, you're proving them right. As for "attention whoring", do you know how much of a hypocrite that makes you? When you speak to a person, you don't want them to ignore you. But wait; that means you wanted their attention.. Oh right.. You did. Even if you're typing in a command prompt, you expect a response. Let me stress for the third time in this thread that there's a cause to every effect. Unless you're a sociopath, you'll want someone to listen when you talk to them. Lastly, even if you weren't a hypocrite; do you even know why people are called attention whores? They do things to draw attention from large audiences. You know what that means? Every thread on this forum becomes an offender. Please stop responding unless you actually have something coherent to bring to the table. (inb4 explanation of the expression: Round table meetings were some of the first forums, dating back to the dark ages.)

Now seems about right to add special-pleading to that list.
This topic is a mess, and isn't fixable.

vv EDIT> Damn, I just killed this topic and now you want to goad the OP into another argument!?!? vv

Who are you calling a hypocrite? You just said you "look down" on people who falsely accuse people of being trolls and you do that all the time.

I rarely call people trolls and when i do, it's in a sarcastic manner. I classify a troll as someone who can offend me and I've yet to find someone on this site that can. The only "successful" troll was Bungie LLC but in reality; It was the hermaphrodites that were trolling, not him. That's why i usually put quotations around the word when i'm actually referring to someone

Trolling is really just spinning something in a manner that insults it itself, whether 'it' is a person, an event or an object.

It can be done positively, e.g. a mother calling an adult son child-like(this is spinning a friendly insult around the mother-to-son relationship), or it can be done negatively, i.e. being sarcastic spitefully.

It's not necessarily a bad thing(though it can be).

So classifying somebody as a troll in such a definitively negative manner is ridiculous regardless.
