Why does covenant_metal_panel have 2 bumpmaps contained in one .bitmap? Where is it used and how?

where's that one located?
I believe that one has an Animation glow but not sure?

So... the only way I'm gonna find out what it's used in is if I remove it from the tags and hope one of the Sapien errors points to a certain shader?
