i dont know why exactly, but i cant really seem to like that bitmap overlaid onto the sword. If you look at the halo 4 one...  ..You'll notice that the electricity flowing is thinner, and not as prominent as yours. Maybe edit the bitmap some Also, good job on the deployable cover, look significantly better

And about any news, here are some little screenshots of the next tags: Rangers   Got it editing the original Halo CE jackal with helmet  Got it Merging TehLag's Assault Elites with CMT SPv1 Ranger Jetpacks   Got it editing the H3 Grunt model, adding some custom parts. You're missing a point_physics tag called "sparks.point_physics" in your release. I had to temporary replace it with energy smoke, but either way, here's your ingame stuff    Yeah, i still dont like the electricity bitmap

This, however, would make it only slide horizontaly, like in the MMT Reach Sword... Honestly I don't know if there are better methods. The point is that in H4 the electricity has a different texture, and unluckily no one ripped it (actually not even from H3 or Reach asd)

...I actually ripped the halo 4 electricity bitmap and used the halo 4 model (Yours is actually really big compared to the real H4 one, Proof)

Of course not the same weapons, but I think that if we take the best from the saga (For example, with the Carbine we could take the H3 body, the H2 ammo counter and the H4 muzzle, something like this...) we can obtain something epic! The Carbine will be the first weapon: first of all because I have already some ideas, and most of all because it is my favourite weapon <3 Meanwhile, write here your ideas for the other weapons, following the example i wrote. Do you think the Plasma Pistol would be good with the H4 gauge, the H3 body and the HR textures? Be creative! :D

Also, why not try to do something like having the brute mauler with two barrels, the brute shot's blade, and the carbine's magazine, except loaded from below

The only thing that I could take from those weapons are the lights, but the geometry will be completely different, because, as I've already said, I'm going to combine different parts from the other Halo games. You know what I mean, just think about your Storm Rifle, that is composed of parts from the H4 Storm Rifle and the HR Plasma Repeater. The concept is basically the same, the only difference is that I'm not going to use parts from different weapons, but using parts from different versions of the same weapon.

Finished! :D  I have started from the H3 Carbine model, and then I've made some custom edits, like the opened back and the lights. I prefered to keep the original geometry, adding just some details, inspiring from the H4 carbine. Finally, I gave it the H4 display, because I think it's pretty cool:  The firing effect is a mix of CMT and Ifaudafi's particles, I'm going to make a custom set of sounds to make it original:  I made also a custom contrail, using some H3 screenshots:  And of course the model is fully functional for AIs:  Now, which weapon would you like to see revamped? I'd prefer a Covenant weapon, they're funnier to edit :P

Mmmm... ok, I just have to make the fp animations too, but that's not a problem. Perhaps I could make it similiar to the Retro Lancer in Gears Of War, since I'm going to use a single bayonet. The Retro Lancer is also similiar, in terms of design, to the Brute technology... but this is just an idea
