Credit to martynleeball fot teh model

So i got the textures i unwrapped the model with from a thread here, but they're not halo's size requirement. And when i resize them it stretches\blurs them out. And i don't have the ones for the ammo counter. So i was wondering if someone could extract all of the reach textures and upload them for download. If you do i'll be your best friend :D And thank you if you can get them for me :)

You should size them down,not up.

Are you compiling them as the most basic? I am pretty sure that halo can handle 2048x2048 at the lowest quality. If they are a base bitmap too, that is what you should compile as anyway.
What were the dimensions btw?

The size was 800 square. And downsizing it to 512\512 pixelates it. And up sizing to 1024\1024 blurs it. Which is why i wanted the original reach textures :/

You tried compressing it as 32colour?

I'm talking about in paint.net when i resize it, It looks either blurry or pixelated. Completely before i compile :/

You can probably get the effect you want using ps.

No, dude, it's resizing it that's doing this. The image can either be sized down, making it more grainy, or sized up. Making it more blurry. And it doesn't contain the ammo counter textures. I really need the textures from reach, but i don't have the hard drive space to download the extraction tools and maps to extract them myself, or the knowledge of how to do it. That's why i asked if anyone would be willing to do it. Lol. Because i can't :/

Umm... I don't understand.

Of course resizing will cause it to be blurry or pixelated depending on if you upscale it or downscale it. Upscaling doesn't really change the quality of it, it just looks blurred because of having more pixels in the image. Downscaling doesn't make it look pixelated, it compresses everything into a smaller resolution to make it look sharper, without losing too much detail.

Here are all the textures that are with the Grenade Launcher, the diffuse is 1024x1024 so no resizing would be needed.

@XlzQwerty1: exactly. I know that resizing it will change it one way or the other, that's why i asked for the originals so i wouldn't have to worry about choosing which way to loose quality. Lol.

@Mootjuh: Thank you very, very much for this. I will be done with the grenade launcher soon and i'll give you credit for extracting the textures for me :)

That's where i got them before. They're 800x800. Lol.
