Is It possible to convert something from halo 2 vista to halo custom edition?

sadly as far as i know you cant rip from halo 2 vista maps, and even if we could there is no way to convert the model into a useable formate for 3ds max, if it was in the xbox version it would be completely rippable but in h2v is not possiable to rip anything other than the stock bitmaps.
