Let's just say I'm using scenery as main parts of my BSP, so in order for the bounding spheres to encase the entirety of my scenery, it has to inevitably reach outside of the building, they're offset and encased perfectly
does this help?

lightmaps have to be rerun after all the final scenery is placed and the map is ready for final. Have you tried rerunning them?
