open aether
new project
select a .scenario
select where to save
export bsp
import .obj into max

I find imorting .obj files make no mesh, so after that I export it to a jms then to a gbxmodel then import it back. then the mesh magically apears. but then again I use Gmax.

you can import scenario BSPS in tag format into 3ds max using BSP tag converter. I'm pretty sure it's on this site so you can search it up
