Okay, now i have a few questions. This bind command, is it for halo script? and can you bind any key to do different actions? Say, for instance, "C" to execute a dormant script?

It's normal keyboard stuff. action, melee, jump, switch_grenade, etc.

so the <device> is for things like keyboard and mouse? Is there anything else that it accepts?

keyboard and mouse are the only two I directly know. You can try plugging in a gamepad, setting the controls in your UI, and then print_binds to figure out what the game internal refers to controllers as. And for any print commands (like print_binds) you need to set the internal variable, developer_mode, to 4 or higher (Sapien uses 127 defaultly)
