Here is the sky with shooting stars.

I made a .sky which uses a gbxmodel with only 1 plane, because the dome creates artifacts in the shooting stars (corners in flight).
Feel free to use only the shader on another sky geometry if it works for you.

oh yea, put the "shooting" folder in tags/sky
and yes my bitmaps really should be in a folder, i got lazy, it only uses alpha_b and new_stars_e, the others were tests.

Ha, yea i have no idea either, thanks.
If you want to learn from these tags or adjust them, you should look at the shader and go to the 4 stage maps section.Look at the settings and bitmaps from the "alpha_b" and "new_stars_e" in the dropdown, those are the shooting stars.
If you want to change the background sky then select "sky_dusk" from the dropdown and change the bitmap for that.

Very cool...
If I can extract them easy enough into my own sky I'll add them to my starwars map. Thanks!
