While programming the AI, I started making some experiments.
1.- Place a human Biped in the middle on the map, the floods have a view angle of 240 and can attack and follow the biped or enemy even if its far (100 world units) Placed the biped and the floods start to attack him and follow the biped everywhere.
2.- Now when Im playing the floods just stare at me (even far) they dont attack, just stare like "Who the F·%$ is this guy?! looks creepy lets stay away from him" When I come close to them they start to attack.
How can I solve this?! I mean, to make the AI look the player as the Biped.

For your flood encounter(s), do they have firing positions near your player? Alternatively, you might want to follow the AI Encounter Following tutorials here, with the "encounter following" as your flood encounter and the "encounter to follow" being your player.
