hey everybody! I'm new and don't know much, but I need help with this. can someone tell me what to do with the codes highlighted in green?

Night VISR Optics: do the command "pp_set_effect_instance_active 0 0" to enable it, and "pp_set_effect_instance_active 0 0" to disable it (w/o quotes!)
-Note, if the night VISR optics do not work for you, nor does the post processing, your graphics card might not be compatable with OpenSauce.

Yes, but my problem is how do I even input a command to opensauce?all I start out with when I open it is "FILE, TOOLS and WINDOWS" like my profile name suggests, I literally know nothing about it. The web page you gave me only tells me what it is. not what I am doing with it

you dont put that command into tool, you use that command into the console while in ce

do do this copy your halo ce shortcut right click then go to property's in property's you should see a section called "target" in the box add a space then type -console after that use those commands once you have entered the map that has open-sauce features to use it. YOU MUST USE A MAP THAT HAS BEEN COMPILED WITH VISR OR IT WILL NOT WORK!

add " -console" without the quotes, to the end of the target path in the properties of the shortcut to haloce.exe.

Ingame press the tilda key ` under escape, then type the command, then enter.
