wow bad idea removing the turret , by another part nice texture and model of the warthogs, but you need to add turret (chain gun, rocket gun, laser gun) in the upside part. In Guerrila you can change the passenger action.

hmmm that is a good idea. i may do that. but of coarse the turret will be more stream line with no handles and stuff like that.

but you can too add turrets on the 2 sides

Why is it a bad idea removing the turret? It's a weight and should slow the warthog down. Without it, collision could be lessened and the warthog could also move faster. It could essentially mean less severe crashes(The turret wouldn't keep acting as a stand, making you stay upside down) and much faster movement around the map.

that makes no sense, if you know the physics tag can change the gravity and the weight. And the vehicle tag can change the acceleration and the speed ¬¬

I'm pretty sure jaz meant that's how the physics would apply if it were a real vehicle. Removing the turret would reduce the weight and make it more aerodynamic.

Personally I think it looks much better without a turret.

well this is what i did for the turret (not really much of a turret anymore):




i can't get it to fire though. does it need any extra nodes? all i left were: frame barrels, primary trigger, and primary ejection.

i could get it to rotate i just can't get it to fire. i pull the trigger and nothing happens. what else do i have to do besides add the weapon and give control to a seat?

I think in your string_list tag the message position is bad positioned... In other words the string_list was modified compiling the map. (I think)

String list has nothing to do with it, must be some HUD Globals, try replacing your ui folder with a backup.

check to make sure the positioning in gurella for the text is in top left, not top right

Only problem with that... rockets. Especially that rocket hack that makes every single item_collection on the map a rocket.
