Call of Duty... is a over rated piece of crap.

*to lazy to have separate melee animations, so they just have 1 random knife come out of no were*

Broken MP and a short solo game. I played Black Ops for a day and got rid of it.

In all honestly peel back the smokin' mirrors and you'll find that, granted with a few differences, halo and COD are the same in the sense that they both are truly: "over rated piece of crap"'s , from there it all depends on which gameplay yourself as a gamer enjoys better. I am a huge fan of both series's, aswell as many other games such as gears of war, battlefield, elderscrolls, and fallout, and what I've learned from being a a "gaming-hybrid" for lack of a better word, is that all games have a lot of flaws and will more than likely be strained to nothing and burn on a cross before the end, so all that matters is which game tickles your fancy based on you as a human being and gamer. I don't really try to compare video games because when you get down to it no matter the rating, graphics, gameplay, or even genre, they're all the same.

Y'know what happens when COD keeps comign up with the same gun, again and again, just a bit different? Same game, new coat of paint. However, you can't judge them. They come from a time in their life where their games WEREN'T the same game with a new coat of paint. COD 2,4,5 are great examples. They are admittedly the best CODs.

I can't believe people are saying that Halo is going too far. WE HAVEN'T EVEN SEEN REAL GAMEPLAY FOOTAGE OF CEA AND 4. For all we know(its unlikely, though), 4,5, and 6 will be better than the first trilogy. Not likely, though.

I am a gamer hybrid. I play plenty of different games. Elder Scrolls, Fallout(if I have it), COD(rarely, and only 5),Halo(all the way!), Minecraft, Fear, Half Life 2. I have learnt the best of the gaming world.

Battlefield, however, is a totally over-rated piece of cr*p. The only good ones were the ones before Bad Company ever came out. Since then, people are getting excited about "way more realism, way more destructive environments, awesome impratactical weps! OMG!

The Bad Companies have no gameplay value. None at all. I had it for one day, sold it the next. You see, Realism is fine, BUT YOU HAVE TO MAKE IT GOOD REALISM! Not a realism that destroys the gameplay experience. Realism like Arma's is good.

Now, since your brains have been filled with my, and probably countless others wisdom, I bid you goodbye!

Just because its harder and you cant hide behind cover all day doesnt mean it has no gameplay value.

But Battlefield makes it bad! I LIKE hard, realistic games, but if they are too realistic, and too hard for anyone other than a pro, then they are bad. In this case, Battlefield Bad Company 1 and 2.

I have to disagree with you a little bit. Mostly on the final paragraph. As far as Halo is concerned, we did not see the same system of 1 new game every year with almost no changes, regardless of whether or not it continues to a 6th game, we can't judge the negative or positive repercussions of a change to a new company, and of 3 games that haven't even been developed yet. Considering the level of quality and work that was put in to the development of the games so far, and the substantial increases in quality between each new sequel, I am more inclined to believe that the next group of Halo games will follow suit, but once again, 3 more games, only the first of which is actually in development, and with no real conclusive evidence or information regarding the quality or gameplay, I believe it is still way to early to form a definite opinion, much less to condemn it.
