Yeah they appear, almost mistaken them for a picture of Mass Effect 3. |

yes, they are in a few levels, and near the end of the game you have an opportunity engage one in combat, which FUN FACT: I believe it is the only human on human combat in bungie's entire halo series (not counting halo wars)

Killing Captain keyes and all the marines come after you. Killing marines and them attacking you back later. |
