Not seen any leaks for it but Bungie officially announced it's name so Aerospace certainly exists.

If you read their latest update, they said they're going to talk about that more alongside a bunch of other fun activities like another Bungie vs The World for Reach, etc.

IMO Bungie Aerospace is going to have nothing to do with an actual videogame, but rather, the engine itself... Though im probably wrong.

Have to check bungie from time to time, they are gonna announce it sometime before Bungie Day or during Bungie Day. Bungie also recently trademarked the word "Crimson".
