Hello Lumoria fans, today marks a 1 year anniversary from the time we released EP1. And while EP2 wont be released in a year like its predecessor, it will be better, more polished, and more importantly, the best. To celebrate that, we bring here a new update on Episode Two. (If you want to see even more EP2 pics that are recent like these, head over to our Moddb site) To start off this update, we are glad to announce our new overall feel for our alien characters - sleek and shiny, based slightly off the old E3 2000 shaders. This allowed us to be able to give our Covenant characters a distinct new feel while playing against them. The shadow has also gotten a whole new texture upgrade thanks to InvaderVeex, and the rest of the Covenant vehicles have also been upgraded in terms of shaders. Lastly, Con has finalized the sky. Go Con! [ Also, if you are an environment artist and think you have the caliber to work on such a project and at the same level of detail that I do, please contact me. Keep it real guys. Heres another pictures of the shadow I forgot: I also forgot to ask, who likes this version of a Rocket Hog? No, its not guass. It's Rocket. Like the rocket from the E3 2000 demo. The shield is different and the obvious is the longness of the barrel and also being brown. I need someone to rig it (waffles), so if anyone (waffles) can rig it for me/set up the shaders, that would be awesome!

I don't need a texturer, I need a modeler who can create the same quality as Bungie's from the first Halo game, as thats what I model most of my environments after (outdoor anyway. Interior Forerunner vary's alot due to me and mass' variation in style).

If you draw up a sketch, I could do it in my free time. I'm dying to model something, it's been far too long.

2D Sketches with indications of 3D landmarks exist. After that some iteration will be necesary through testing to get the BSP"just right".

Shadow now looks like it's been there forever, you've done fantastic work on the shaders. Although the grunts seem to be really shiny? maybe it's just me.

I also forgot to mention we need two voice actors. Whats extremely sad is that I had both, and both were perfect. One was being played by "SlapHappy", and if anyone knows if he's still around please let me know how I can contact him. Other was a random dude I met online through moddb, but he stopped emailing me back.
The two characters are a robot and a captain. They both require old/deep voices. The robot will also be edited afterward to create a desired effect.

If I can't contact you soon, contact me, I may be able to help. My University has a recording studio in the tech lab that I could use. Still need to work with it, but it's definitely a plausible way to have highdef voices. I may also receive a good quality recorder/headset for Christmas that may do the trick. Like I said, if I don't reach you about it first, let me know what exactly you're looking for. Edited by DarkHalo003 on Nov 26, 2011 at 09:31 PM

I might get a microphone for christmas, but if I dont I have access to a studio of cameras and other things like microphones (School announcements ftw!)

You also have death sounds, and actual dialouge too. Too bad marines still call her him I don't suppose it'd be possible to get new dialogue to fix this?

(This goes for any other interested people too btw) @Spratan314 about the marines calling May him: Fixing those lines isn't exactly on the top of our list of priorities. Tis a very tedious task indeed. @Spiral: sorry mate, the quality is a bit too low for us, thanks for showing interest in the roles though! Guess while I'm at it I can throw a mini update out there and say that progress on Lumoria is picking up again after a somewhat slower period (IM LOOKING AT YOU, SKYRIM!!!!). It's kind of fun to point out that we decided to re-arrange one of our latest BSPs completely, just because we felt it'd be better for the flow of the level as a whole. This unfortunately means having to repopulate and re-script a rather large area...but I don't mind it :-)
