I absolutely loved ODST as well; the atmosphere was simply incredible. I agree with you completely. ODST is one of my favorites simply because the music, atmosphere, and environment were so well done.

In Halo 2, 3 and ODST, I always enjoyed the New Mombosa/Tsavo Highway level areas with insane vehicles and loads of AI marines to make up for how heavily outnumbered you are.

I know we all have opinions, but if you didn't think ODST's soundtrack was the best, you're just wrong.

Never Forget Tribute those two are enough for me, and probably beat ODST soundtrack. Reach has a nice one though, even if it's unique and isn't like halo.

Oh hey, the mastercheif has a jetpack, that would have been handy in Halo 1 , 2 and 3. >_>

It's more of a zero-gravity booster the works, obviously, only in zero gravity to help the Spartan maneuver around. Since in all the Halo games (except Reach's space fight, which you're in a ship anyway) you're on the ground, it wouldn't work.

At the ending of Halo 2/beginning of Halo 3, 'Chief was in space, falling into the atmosphere after abandoning the Forerunner Dreadnought. I'll bet those zero-g boosters would've helped even out the velocity a bit so he didn't fall as fast. If they had enough power, he could've just stayed in orbit and transmitted for help, or moved to a nearby orbital defense station/ship rather than risking his life falling though couldn't he?

Ever heard of gas? That and probably most of the ODA's [like cairo] were destroyed during 1st battle of earth, second battle of earth was @Voi.

If any of you actually clicked on the link I provided in one of my earlier posts, you would know that all MJLONIR suits have built-in T-Packs, or Thruster Packs, that have significant usage in space - whether that may be dodging debris or providing a counter-thrust to gunfire, the T-Pack has many uses.
