Let it die. Unless you feel strongly about it.

If the PoA is to scale the map looks too large to be any (real) good, also doesn't look to really serve any true gameplay. I could be wrong though, I'm only looking at an image.

Also if it's something you did when you started sometimes it's just to let them stay in the past haha.

I think you should get rid of the poa and make the map medium sized for hog battles and have some sort of base for red and blue team that is defendable and fun to assault

Resizing the map to something smaller isn't really feasible. As we don't intend on making major changes to it anymore.This was originally started as a experiment on how large a map can be without the engine glitching up, its larger than any map seen to date but, optimized for performance. It contains 2 hangars, tunnels and, custom large vehicle parking. we only did it for the luls

Well if this map is just going to be very similar to hugeass then make it medium sized for hog batles

Anyway, I'd have to say leave it as-is and release the scenario for further use, or simple release unprotected. It's a good BSP, but if it's that big it won't really serve much purpose other than a sandbox.

Strategically, this map is terrible. It's not a box map, but the high ridges do very little to improve gameplay. True, you cannot hit someone on the other side of one, but they basically divide the map into 2-3 boxy maps. It's just fairly flat (enough to deny most cover) terrain split into sectors by walls.

Also, assuming the POA is to scale, this map will likely be WAY too large for fun. Don't make giant maps, remember Halo only supports 16 players.

i think if u had tunnels going theough those middle walls they wouldnt act like a barrier but would b used as alternative methods to get to the other base, u could b stealthy and use the tunnels in the cliffs to ur tactical advantage rather than the obvious route through the middle

I dunno but I could probably make a pretty good trailer for a video out of this if the right tags are put into here...and if there were a cliffs on 1 side to set up an ambush...

Add a few bases - two large ones as the main bases, several smaller ones for outposts, along with a balanced variety of ground and air vehicles. But please, no Scarabs, Longswords, Mythos', etc. that make the gameplay worse. Same applies for weapons (no Scarab Guns, Nuke Launchers, etc.).

If you MUST have such a weapon in the map, place it on (or in) the PoA with only one way to get it - or place it in a hard-to-find secret room.
