Wow, that sounds really great! The flood appearing sounds pretty nice. I have this idea of a cutscene where the player looks for his evac. The Pelican flies towards the structure. Then a rocket/missile from behind fires straight at the Pelican, wasting it. The player looks around and BOOM! Flood's there. Then more flood come out.

But I sort of understand that cutscenes are kind of hard to make.

How's stuff going with your animator? If required, I'll help create a separate thread asking for one :D

We really do need an animator. I wouldn't mind if you created another thread asking for one. However I think all of the current ones are busy.

So, about no progress has been made at all since about January, because we have been stuck here without animations.

I do what I wish to do and if I quit, I quit. If I was getting paid that would be entirely different. And if anyone wishes to take up the task of animating this then they can, but I will not.

You could always use recorded animations, tweaking the original start location to fit what you need.

Is there any way to do this without a modeling program? You make it sound simple, but I'm sure it's far from. For I have no clue where to even begin.

Import recorded animations in Sapien and place a vehicle. Use the sapien console to play the recorded animation. Adjust the vehicle's starting position until the animation plays out correctly.
