I don't exactly know how to create a model, and make it keep its bitmaps.
Everytime I try to compile a model, it asks me which shader I want created for my textures applied to the model. I usually click shader_model, but then it fails. I proceed to compile the model again, and it succeeds.
I compile the bitmaps, and that always succeeds, but when I apply the model into sapien, it's never textured. How would I make it textured. I've looked in guerilla and there is no option for bitmaps.

you need to make shader tags in the directory that the model is going into, put them in a folder called shaders and make sure their names are identical to the names in 3ds max.

then run structure after your bitmaps are compiled, shaders are made and materials(in max) have same name as shader.
