Hey guys its me again... the Noob! Well i saw many tutorials of modeling maps, and i watched that all people use a feature named UVW Map, after i put that option in my file something weird happens, my ground textures change... I mean, look at this images:

This is when i clicked "Editable Mesh" (Thats the position of the texture i want)

Now this is when i click UVW MAP! The textures change from position and I donīt want that.

Many people tell me that you can fix the error adding the "UVW Map Wrapping" option, but its so hard and i donīt understand how to do that. I am Modeling a Ghost Town as you can see, the blue zones are water. Many people tell me that the UVWMAP its so important in a Halo CE map, so please HELP! THANKS

edit the length and width and height values to what you would like or simple click on
"region fit" and drag how u want then convert to editable mesh

You're supposed to Unwrap uv map, not just only use uvwmap

First, UVW map basically. Then convert back to editable mesh. Then do those faces with Unwrap UVW. Press edit. Then you get a mini-map of the bitmap, and an outline of the model. If your bitmap isnt there, set it to the map in the top-right dropdown.
All you have to do is move, scale, or rotate the model onto where you want on the picture. Convert to mesh again and you're done.
