Well, website I don't know any, but there is a texture pack on halomaps.

Egh there this 1800 textures from Half-Life 2...

Just part a dark gray grid over the cracks. And lighter/whiter squares over the tiles.

Its a height map in halo ce not bump map there different.
Just take a copy of you image/texture make grey scale "just leaves black/white info on the image. Then edit remember white 255 is the highest value,0 is black lowest value. So a tile for ex: the cracks would be made the low values/black to appear receded. White for the tiles themselves because they need to appear raised in the image. The exact values are for you to judge.
