im not sure if i can COMPLETELY finish it so...i think ill just post the beta versioon of it...

so...should i submit what i have done so far? or...finish it then submit it?

Unfinished features:
-CMT animations
-CMT AR firing sounds
-Magazine will NOT come out of the gun while reloading(it still reloads fine tho)
-bitmaps aren't right (i probably cant fix this unless i have the PROPER bitmap types, like how in guerilla you open a bitmap file it is everywhere)
-Firing Speed will be the CMT AR speed

Completed features:
-Ammo display
-Halo Reach firing sounds
-custom animations (ill try make 'em good but i just need a tutorial so if ur willing to make me one! thanks xD)
-Proper Firing speed

un finished. besides, ur the first one to release reach-to-HCE stuff.

um...ok then! and YAY i am the FIRST ONE! to make Reach weapons xD i was thinking of making the needlerifle but...im not so sure about it...
the bitmaps suck for the MA37

First one to release publically. DMR, MA37, and several other weapons have already been done.

release the unfinished one now, then if you get around to later you could finish and release it.But if you don't, no one will be dissapointed because you released the unfinished one.

But people will whine if it's not finished. You can not win. One side says it's good, one side you should have finished.

Sounds fine. I don't have anything against Halo Reach. For someone new, it's pretty cool and fun to play, but to everyone else who's played the other Halo's, it'll just be Halo 3: Episode 2. (The game is pretty much just a beefed up Halo 3 engine with some new features). I'll probably end up buying it, but, I've SEEN IT.

Um, have you played halo reach? Wayyyyy different than halo 3. If anything halo 3 was halo2: episode 2

Well, I played the beta, and I know, the combat system is almost identical, there are few minor changes to it. The biggest differences are the graphics.

Dude they retooled the entire engine for Reach, it hardly even resembles Halo 3 anymore, besides the fact that they're in the same universe. Whether that's good or bad yet remains to be seen though >_>

I played long enough. Sure it looks fancy and there are new introduced perks and weapons, but the combat is pretty much the same as Halo 3's. There's nothing wrong with that, it's just it's getting a little old now.

I'd actually agree with him.

I really didn't feel much of a difference aside from a bit less aim-assist, and a huge quality drop in the animations. Oh, and the bloom but eh, the only thing that ruined for me was the pistol which for whatever reason made it seem like I was shooting pebbles.

assasinating animation sequence
armour abilities
moving crosshairs
reintroduction of health packs
loadouts
melee that drains shields and as long as the guns still held out in the animation sequence when you walk into it, you're hit
new weapons with different gameplay
frag grenade with slightly different gameplay
explosives temporarely impare your hearing
elites are bigger targets but have more health than spartans and their health recharges

lol not tru. my last girlfriend loved that stuff. unfortunately her dad got a better job somewhere and she had to move. at least i helped her move lol. there are girls who like taht stuff, jsut gotta know how to present it :P
