Hey, Hey. I'm the one who is lazy here. Regarding this. This Halo CE3 2010 Live thing just here tell anything that first try never seen to work at all. In other word I'm saying theys always next year. =)

Yes there is. When things are supposed to look dirty, like the ground is supposed to look dull. I like the textures and shaders, but Jesse, please slap a detail map of grime or something on there.

I wish, but I haven't found the perfect match yet. For now, it's laying dusty until I find the patience to model more for it. Until then, I'm working on some space map...

I don't think it's bad so much as I think it lacks detail. DETAIL MAP GO GO GO!

My stuff is wrapping up nicely for the demo on July 7th. The Command Lists look much better and generally speaking you'll be at the hands of some good marine drivers. I'll be gone all next week, so I'm trying to get as much done as possible today and tomorrow (I leave Sunday) and I'll probably either record a video for the demo with some commentary or broadcast and try to through a mic into the mix.

For what? The CE3? It's July 7th. I'm trying to finish early because I have one less week than I normally. The Silent Cartographer is later in July.

lol I just realized this my birthday's on the 8th and ce3's on the 7th.That's gonna be an exciting week for me!

also if we submit something does it have to be monumentally big?because I was hoping to submit a trailer for my campaign if I get the errors under control if it'd actually be a good addition

For the Foundry texture/shader/thing:

Make it less shiny, things like that in a place were there moving crates and driving over all the time would be getting scratched up and stuff too.

Make sure to add little decal details like spilt stuff/etc on the ground floor of the map to make it look more grimed up.

yeah, since its a shader_environment, you can add 2 detail maps.
