Is there a way I can make the pistol triburst like the battle riffle or do you have to have a animation for it

Yeah it needs a new animation I am pretty sure. For a burst, the gun should slowly go back farther each shot of the burst

The way a burst-fire works in Halo is different form how it works in Halo 2 and 3.
It literally will make the gun repeat the firing 3 times in a row, while in Halo 2 and 3 the firing is all 'one' and isn't exactly a repeated animation.

A burst is different than setting the firing effect to repeat three times. Rather, the most conventional way to simulate Battle Rifles and other burst weapons is to charge and discharge.

charge and discharge is the best way to emulate burst.
It's a bit hacky, but it works best.
