If you're inquiring as to the possibility of this in MP, it is, to my knowledge, not possible to set different bipeds for different teams- you can have different permutations of a single biped though, which is why armour permutations work.

Different bipeds not possible. Different premutations are possible.

Elite and Spartan animations are different and cannot be combined into one biped with one set of animations.

Can you make a special permutation for a spartan that looks like an elite but its really just external pieces that go over the spartan biped. It would look wierd, and the animations would have to be spatan animations which of course would look quite awkward, but it's still possible right?
