title says it all but. I would like a vid tutorial though. also can I do it with a unwrap?

but not all the ground will show up.... im just learning how to do texture stuff so... im messing around with tutorials model, and it wont let me unwrap the river in my case ice... it just skips that part

Select the geometry that you want to unwrap.
Select the unwrap uvw modifier. Clik edit Use the tools to unwrap it. Convert to mesh/poly |

but i dont know how to unwrap lol.... well i have most of the map unwrapped just I tried everything for the ice and it wont work...

Did you try "unfold"on it?
Its in the Mapping options or mapping tools tab in the edit window. Wait a minute, its ice, its probably planer on z, would a z planer unwrap not be the thing to do there? Edited by Maniac1000 on Apr 2, 2010 at 12:39 AM |
