When you say "no video" i assume you have a blank white window in front of you.
That window is obscuring the game window and other windows, just move it or find the edge of it and scale it down. |

I guarantee you that the game window and all the other windows are hidden behind this white window.
You have to find the edge and make that window smaller and move it out of the way. |
