I am looking for a JMA/JMO exporter for Gmax to export my custom animations. But when I googled for it, none came up? Is there a way to export animations with Gmax?

Yesiree. For gmax use CAD animation exporter. YOu'll find it on the halomaps site.
The 'compact' exporter works, you'll have to press f11 when you're done and remove the zteam message at the top and bottom of the text there.

Your stuff isn't linked correctly. Link frame gun to frame node 24.

K, now when I try to run it in script:
(custom_animation p4 levels\assaultontheisland\assaultontheisland\pelican2 pelican2_fly 1)

It says that it is not a reference to an animation_graph tag.
