Has anyone first off made a FULLY functioning Crysis biped or any other Crysis content to be put in Halo CE? I had seen some models people were working on, but I am not sure if these people are still working on them.

Indeed.
 I have the Korean Nanosuit aswell. Credit to Beachparty for the rig and ripping the model and some bitmaps. Me for ripping some bitmaps and tagwork and half-assed shaders.
