I would like to know how to make custom vehicle animations. The ones that cause a vehicle to drive/fly/float/whatever in a certain way. For example, the pelican landing in the campaign. I would like to know how to create custom ones. Does anyone know how or does anyone know a good tutorial.

I believe you are talking about recorded animations. Recorded animations are animations for a certain unit that are implanted into the maps they are seen in. We have no way of making new ones, and the only way to use the current ones is by importing them and running them in a script.

However, it is possible to create animations that are world-relative and use the relative center of the BSP to place the animation. This is as close as it gets. You can then run the animations, something or other, and some stuff I don't really understand.

I suppose command lists may also yield a similar result, but I'm no expert in any of these matters.
