It means that you ripped an entire map, including the scorpion.
Never rip the scorpion as it causes this error.
Get new scorpion tags, there are some on the site.

It's not necessarily the scorpion. In fact, other vehicles sometimes cause this problem. It's usually the scorpion though. When getting new tags, do NOT extract them. Search scorpion on Halomaps, and download the one with a question mark for the author's name.

For future ref:
There is another thing that causes that error i think.
Something to do with a character or biped?

yes.
when you overwrite certain core files with HEK+ eg. the globals or cyborg biped, this kind of error usually occurs.

Nearly the same thing happened to me except I put a "AA Wraith" on my map and Sapien crashed.

The AA wraith on the site has corrupted physics. Open it up in Guerilla, and redirect the physics to the default one in vehicles\wraith\wraith
