Ok, So, I've been trying to export my vehicle with blitzkreig in max 8, but when I do, it loads for a bit like it's gonna export, then it says "An error has occured and 3ds max must now close, would you like to attempt to save a copy of the current scene"
Then max closes and it gives me that send error report window.

I have no idea what could be causing this. My materials are all set up right, and all my nodes and markers are linked correctly.

So basically, list all the reasons you know that would cause max to crash on export and I'll check my model to see if one of your reasons is my problem.

Ok I have had a probluem a bit the same.

How I solved it.

1. Try to save the file on your desktop "use a new filename" and then go back to the real file and export it again. This has worked for me before got me stuffed why but it worked.

2. detach everything from the frame and start attaching the different parts 1 at a time and export it after each time.
