dos devmode work anymore or wat?
i havent played in months and i got on today and i poped on and started a server and tried devmode and noteing happend does the patch disable it or somthing?

As For you comrade, dev-mode does work,
But Mighty Russians Do not need Dev-mode.

1.09 disabled AllDev. Adding -console -devmode to the target line of the shortcut should still work.

I have no clue bro, I have had no use for freeze time since there aren't any new or good SP maps out

I have no clue about a freeze time program... the only freeze time i know of is the one on CMT a10 SPV2 map thats with the extras..it still works...

that link post above dosent work its pretty much useless considering it link you to a website about unreal tournement III and nothign about halo
