How might I go by changing the banshees guns from shooting bursts of two, to the fire style in Halo 2/3?

Basically, you need to change the name of one marker to primary trigger1 and then in the firing effect of the gun, make a new part, make the delay bound like, 0.5 then make it spawn the ghost's projectile. The only thing is that the projectile will spawn straight ahead, not in the direction you are aiming.

You could use the tracer effect thing in the weapon tag.

Another flaw is that if you are strafing, it'll fly off around 45 degrees towards the direction you are facing in.

NO!!

this will make any kills made by the banshee the vehicles kills, and it will only aim in a straight line.
the answer lies in the ammunition function of the weapon. in the ammo animation, at 2 ammo (frame 3, i believe), the primary trigger, which you'd have to add a frame to, should move to the first gun and at 1 ammo (frame 2, i believe), the primary trigger should move to the second gun. then you'd have to set up the functions/animations and all, but it's alot better for the purpose.

it hardly takes any time if you know how to do it, and is a lot better in MP as you actually get kills, and works with homing/auto aim etc. So i'd say it was worth the time.

Believe it or not, I don't actually see you contributing anything save detail-lacking few-word answers which probably wont help the individual much. Therefore, you really don't have a right to point that out on someone else, you see.

Maybe you should learn how to write a detailed and complete answer. They start making you do that for school work in middle school.
