1st pic looks like Snow Grove, the 2nd pic looks does look like a leak (overlapping HUD) and I've never seen that sniper rifle before.

Well theres the trick. That was just a staged leak to see what would be the reaction to it. It's actually nice to see that no one started flinging mud at eachother.
