Hey, ive just made a car... and for sum reason wen i try and run tool Model* on it... it wants to make a shader for a thing callled i had alook through my material editor.. but the only Bitmaps i have are: LRDglass, LRDtire, LRD **LRD is name of vehicle**

Im using 3DS max 8

Please help!

Yeah, you should compile the bitmaps first and then make shaders for them. Make sure to name the shaders the same as your bitmap names. If you want you can skip the shaders by just selecting 1 for all of them, although your model willl be all white ingame.

The shader does not need to be the exact same name as the bitmap. It will work as long as your material editor references the shader name and your shader references the bitmap.

Yeah, I know, but it's easier if it does, and I was trying to simplify it for him :P
