like how do i make say, a team of grunts fight but dies. then the grunts all respawn at the same time?

o and how do i change how long it takes for the squad to respawn, like they die, then after 2 minutes, they all respawn again?

either script them to spawn after 2 minutes (30 ticks=1 sec) or in the squad or encounter write down the respawn rate for 120 sec. though wouldn't make the squad spawn at the same time. if you script it you an make them spawn once the whole squad is dead and then 2 minutes are up and for all of the squad to spawn at once.

HAHAHA just got some inspiration for a cool map. nothing like firefight seriously. its just some entertainment. my bro wants to know about portent and i want to know about the spawning cause it could be usefull t me in the future. think about the facts. looks like some know-it-all wants to accuse me of doing something without proof

Mostly everything awesome is accomplished via scripts.

hahaha true, true but i just dont know how lol. so i'll just stick to self entertainment and i dont really see myself in the future making CMT level maps so, ya...

And so what, scripts make everything awesome as Gamma said, they'll make your personal entertainment even better. Its not even that hard, I picked up scripting in under a week, granted, I'm useless at it, but I can still use it.

Try to cut down on the number of topics too, this is like your 5th in 2 days :\
