I have been making my own NXE Themes lately and Decided to make a theme for Bungie since they created halo and stuff.
Heres a picture of the Design  And heres the download link http://uppit.com/v/109DBUCF Use the download and not the Photobucket image. Photobucket reduces the size. Tell me if you like it or not. I like it, but you should make the white surface have a little more design.
and add some script cods in the background, the black, Like in halo 2, when setting up a game, there's this flow of script codes" going in the background. |

Yeah i used Photoshop :] But i was going to use a halo 1 Theme but i decided that H3 masterchief was better in graphical wise. So i went with H3. :D
