hey guys I am trying to use sapien v2 from e3po's hek and I am ghetting an error window when I try to open it. it says the "procedure entry point vorbis_synthesis_lapout could not be located in the dynamic link library vorbis.dll"

does this program only work with the older versions of halo?

... I wouldnt have posted if that was an acceptable alternative.
I need the dual core compatability so I can to a final lightmap build on a huge map.

It needs to be in your CE root directory.

is hobo set up for dual core?
like I said, I need to run full quality radiosity on a big map and it would be nice to have the extra processing power of multiple cores.

This is probably why it won't work.

not to sound like a jerk, but lets focus on my problem in this thread. the whole vorbis PEP error, is this an issue with vista? or is this program built to run in the pre-1.08 version of the game?

E3p0's HEK worked for me. Are you running it from the Halo CE folder, or from an external location?

That defeats the whole point of using E3PO's HEK.

i tried the different compat modes already. this is a dll problem, but any vorbis.dll file i find on line is older than the one in the halo ce root folder

I wouldn't recommend using E3pO's HEK, but it's not my choice.
Did you try using these?

yeah i just added them. it didnt work.

my original sapien works, it's just slow as balls on a multicore processor because it can only use one core (for me, thats only 25 percent of my processor).
